Client: NutraVital Supplements - A DTC supplement brand struggling with high CAC and inconsistent messaging across paid channels.
Challenge: Low ROAS (1.2x) despite significant ad spend. Product pages weren't optimized for mobile conversion. Ad creative wasn't aligned with landing page experience, creating friction in the customer journey.
Solution: We completely rebuilt their Google Shopping and Search campaigns with granular bid strategies by product category. Redesigned product pages with conversion-focused layouts, improved testimonials, and clear value propositions. Added mobile-specific optimizations and trust signals.
The challenge was clear: NutraVital had a strong product but their marketing wasn't reflecting it. We started with a deep dive into their customer data and discovered that mobile users were bouncing at the product page stage - the loading times were slow and the copy didn't match their ad promises. Our approach: First, we segmented their Google Shopping feed by product category and created separate campaigns for top performers vs. long-tail products. For Search, we rebuilt their entire keyword structure with a focus on high-intent queries.
